Our client is a leading property developer seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the residential sales and marketing function across the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and product planning through sales launch, completion and handover.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies across the residential development lifecycle.
• Work with Business Development, Project teams, JV partners, architects and consultants on product planning, unit mix, layout optimisation and project positioning.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on buyer preferences, competitor projects, pricing, market trends and sales projections to support development and feasibility decisions.
• Monitor sales performance, market conditions, competitor activities and inventory, and provide recommendations on pricing and sales programmes.
• Support pricing reviews and sales strategies based on market intelligence and project performance.
• Work closely with JV partners, property agencies, agents, creative agencies and consultants to drive sales, branding and marketing initiatives.
• Support project launches, subsequent sales phases and sales programmes, including showflat readiness, sales documentation and marketing materials.
• Monitor residential market and regulatory developments, conduct site/showflat visits and prepare market reports, competitor analysis and sales updates for Management.
• Maintain relevant project and market data to support pricing, sales and future development strategies.
• Ensure sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company procedures.
• Support other sales and marketing initiatives across existing and upcoming residential developments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Singapore residential property sales and marketing, preferably with private residential development experience.
• Proven experience supporting residential project launches.
• Good understanding of Singapore's residential property market, buyer trends and regulations.
• Familiarity with product planning, project positioning, pricing and sales processes.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively with JV partners, consultants, marketing agencies, property agencies and internal teams.
• Self-driven, strategic and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to support weekend sales launches and marketing events when required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Working hours: Depending on project
• Salary: up to S$12,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
