Reports to: Managing Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth in the competitive beverage market. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a proven track record in brand management and marketing executionparticularly in the FMCG or beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Planning

Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Define brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all channels.

2. Campaign Management

Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.

3. Market & Consumer Insight

Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and product innovation ideas.

4. New Product Development Support

Collaborate with R&D and production teams to support new product development and market launches. Design go-to-market strategies for product rollouts.

5. Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve performance and growth targets. Foster a high-performance, creative, and data-driven marketing culture.

6. Digital & Brand Communication

Oversee brand communication across social media, PR, influencers, and advertising. Drive digital marketing strategy to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

7. Sales Collaboration & Channel Support

Work closely with trade marketing and sales team to align marketing strategies with commercial goals. Support trade marketing activities and promotions across various distribution channels.

8. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and generate regular reports. Adjust strategies and plans based on data and business performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong background in FMCG or beverage industry is required.

Excellent knowledge of Thai consumer behavior and market landscape.

Experience in international markets is a plus.

Strong analytical, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Solid experience in digital marketing and data-driven strategies.
