About the Opportunity
On behalf of a leading hospitality group in Bangkok, we are recruiting a Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of top-tier restaurants and bars, while also acting as a strategic marketing partner for external restaurant brands.
The group is widely recognized as a reference in Bangkok's F&B scene, combining strong creative capabilities with performance-driven marketing and brand growth.
This is a senior leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on revenue, brand positioning and expansion.
The Role
The Marketing Director will be responsible for defining, structuring and leading all marketing activities across multiple in-house venues and agency clients.
This role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, operating in a fast-paced, highly competitive hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy for multiple restaurants, bars and external F&B brands
- Oversee brand positioning, storytelling and visual identity across all channels
- Lead digital marketing and performance: social media, paid media, influencers, CRM and content
- Drive traffic, revenue and brand awareness through measurable and scalable campaigns
- Manage, mentor and grow an internal marketing team, as well as external agencies and freelancers
- Coordinate launches of new venues, concepts, menus and collaborations
- Act as a strategic marketing advisor for external restaurant brands using the group's agency services
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, ROI and continuous optimization
Candidate Profile
- Senior-level experience in marketing leadership, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or F&B
- Proven ability to build brands and generate measurable commercial results
- Strong understanding of restaurant marketing, guest acquisition and customer experience
- Solid background in digital marketing, social platforms, paid campaigns and influencer strategies
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and stakeholders simultaneously
- International mindset and experience working with diverse, multicultural teams
- Fluent English required (Thai is a plus, not mandatory)
- Based in Bangkok or open to relocation
