Marketing Intern (Bangkok, Thailand)

Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with a physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region. Established in 2015, co-founded by a husband-wife team, both have always believed that good design should be accessible to all. We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day Marketing operations through Q4, our busiest period of the year, reporting to our Marketing Manager, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and on-the-ground execution of events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Support the KOL seeding programme, including preparing seeding kits and coordinating with HQ for global guidelines and approvals.
• Source and coordinate with vendors for packaging, activations, and events.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Warehouse teams to track seeding, gifting, and marketing goods logistics, from inventory to dispatch, ensuring accurate and timely delivery for campaigns, activations, and events.
• Assist with partner gifting coordination for year-end gifting.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining trackers, timelines, and documentation across concurrent campaigns and events.
• Support coordination across marketing, retail, and external partners as needed.
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspective to ongoing marketing initiatives and campaign planning.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

We are seeking the following attributes:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint).
• An interest in fashion, lifestyle, or retail marketing is a plus.
