We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in Bangkok office to lead the local marketing plan, the role reporting to Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities :-

Marketing Strategy & Development

  • Direct all marketing activities to achieve business goals in the short and long term, improve profitability and market control.
  • Develop a marketing strategy and plan including pricing strategies, advertising media and promotional events.
  • Perform periodic market and product evaluations to anticipate changes in trends in the short and long term.
  • Develop brand strategy so that brand awareness, brand preposition and brand positioning are maintained in the eyes of customers.

Marketing Activity

  • Ensure that the concept is aligned between the brand and the product is being marketed and support promotional activities.
  • Determine the product portfolio mix settings.
  • Direct and control the implementation of ATL & BTL activities, promotion, product management, e-commerce, marketing analysis and research.
  • Work closely with the sales team in budgeting and forecasting sales to match the set targets.
  • Develop new products based on market data, consumer insight and competitor analysis. Provide feedback for product development and packaging based on business and market assessments/evaluations.

Job Requirements:-

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar position.
  • Qualification in Marketing/Communications or a related field;
  • Experience growing FMCG businesses using digital marketing (emails/paid/organic) in an Agency or In-house environment.
  • Experience in marketing automation, channel marketing, and running campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
  • Experience with NPD, digital marketing with trade/retail marketing knowledge.
