- Resolve client queries efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client communications and relevant information
- Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients to support company growth
- Respond professionally and timely to client questions and requests to enhance client experience
- Provide clients with relevant information about company products and services to support their informed decisions
- Conduct on-site sales visits to engage clients and promote company offerings
- Support event operations during weekends, holidays, and after-office hours as needed to ensure smooth event execution
