Position Title : Marketing Manager

• Working days : 5 days ( Mon - Fri)
• Working Hours : 9am-6pm
• Working Location: Anson Road
• Salary : from $5,000 (Depends on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve office leasing targets.
• Promote commercial office spaces and office suites through digital, social media, property portals, email marketing, and offline channels.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, listings, advertisements, presentations, and leasing proposals.
• Generate and manage enquiries and leads from prospective tenants.
• Coordinate property viewings and support the leasing team in converting leads into tenancy agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, prospects, viewings, and leasing performance.
• Conduct market research on rental rates, competing office buildings, tenant demand, and market trends.
• Develop campaigns and promotional activities to increase occupancy and reduce vacancy.
• Build relationships with property agents, corporate clients, business consultants, and other referral partners.
• Manage the company's online presence and ensure office listings have accurate and attractive information.
• Track marketing expenditure and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, enquiries, viewings, conversions, occupancy, and marketing performance.
• Work closely with leasing, property management, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding.
• Monitor tenant feedback and identify opportunities to improve the office leasing proposition.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial property, office leasing, serviced offices, co-working, or real estate marketing is preferred.
• Proficiency in social media, digital advertising, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
