Job Description

Join a reputable real estate developer with a proven track record across residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects. They're now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with proven mall marketing experience to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.

What you will do

Develop and execute marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives to drive shopper engagement, footfall and overall mall performance.
Manage advertising inventory and short-term leasing opportunities, including atrium spaces, kiosks and promotional sites, to maximize revenue.
Collaborate closely with tenants to support sales-driving campaigns and enhance the overall shopper experience.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources within approved limits.
Evaluate campaign and event performance through traffic, sales and engagement metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
Build partnerships with brands, tenants and external stakeholders to secure sponsorships, events and publicity opportunities.
Drive digital marketing initiatives, oversee customer service standards and support group-wide campaigns and operational activities as required.

What you will need

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of experience in the retail or hospitality industry
Must possess prior experience in mall marketing
Comfortable handling a dual portfolio and handling multiple stakeholders
