As we expand into Thailand, we are building a strong local marketing team to establish brand presence, drive member acquisition, and grow long-term community engagement.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will be the lead person for Thailand, responsible for strategy, execution, and team leadership. This is a hands-on generalist role covering digital marketing, social media, KOL management, partnerships, grassroots marketing, PR, and events.This role will build and lead the Bangkok marketing team, including junior hires and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

• Lead overall marketing strategy for the Thailand market
• Develop annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Build, manage, and mentor the local marketing team
• Set KPIs and manage marketing performance

Digital & Social Media (Thai Market Focus)

• Lead social media strategy across LINE, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Oversee content planning, campaigns, and performance
• Manage digital advertising and online campaigns

Brand, Partnerships & Growth

• Manage KOL / influencer strategy and relationships
• Drive partnerships and collaborations
• Execute grassroots marketing initiatives
• Lead PR, media exposure, and brand events
• Oversee SEO and online visibility

Requirements

• Proven marketing experience in the Thailand market
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms
• Experience managing KOLs / influencers
• Knowledge of SEO, partnerships, and campaign performance
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
• Passion for fitness or martial arts is an added advantage
