  • Built a new marketing team and led it to become a high-performing, proactive, and cohesive part of the organization.
  • Enhanced customer brand association, engagement, ease of use, and overall customer experience.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and performance metrics to maximize ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications


  • B2B growth and lead marketing funnel architecture.
  • Lead teams of creative/marketing/graphic while coordinating customers, vendors, adhoc projects.
  • Strong proficiency in modern digital marketing stacks (CRM, email, automation, SEO/SEM, analytics, AI, social media, website)
  • Commercial Copywriting: Sharp ability to write and refine persuasive, hooky messaging tailored to corporate buyers.
  • Performance Analytics: Expert capability to read campaign data and make quick, budget-efficient pivot decisions.
  • Creative Direction: Ability to give highly objective, conversion-focused feedback to the designer (moving beyond make it look nice).
