RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for brand, acquisition, retention, and ecosystem growth.
- Overview performance marketing across paid ads, KOLs, and social channels to achieve CPA/CAC targets.
- Build and strengthen the brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all products.
- Oversee content strategy, especially video-first storytelling across social channels
- Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and present monthly/quarterly results to leadership.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated campaigns and product launches.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, improving workflows, structure, and execution quality.
- Identify new growth opportunities to scale the ecosystem.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7+ years in marketing, with experience leading teams.
- Background in tech, fintech, startup, consumer apps, or ecommerce.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital channels.
- Experience building and managing brands.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, creative, and BD teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Experience with community-driven or gamified products is a plus.
