The Marketing Manager (B2B Focus) leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for an electrical cable manufacturing business, driving brand visibility and market growth across government, state enterprises, contractors, and private-sector clients. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and team leadership to ensure all marketing initiatives effectively support business and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic and Planning
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals and sales initiatives.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent corporate identity across all communication channels.
- Lead annual marketing planning, budget allocation, and performance evaluation to maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Marketing Exucution
- Oversee full-funnel marketing campaigns online, offline, and event based to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Manage the end-to-end creation of marketing and technical materials such as company profiles, product catalogs, technical datasheets, sales presentations, and tender-related documents.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support key accounts, lead nurturing, tender submissions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Event and Partnership Management
- Plan and manage participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and technical workshops.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and external vendors as needed.
- Digital and Data-Driven Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as website optimization, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare periodic marketing reports and insights for senior management, with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant fields.
- 710 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial products, building materials, or construction-related sectors.
- Proven track record in strategic marketing planning and end-to-end campaign management.
- Strong understanding of B2B customer behavior, particularly in government, state enterprises, contractors, and property development segments.
- Experience in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English.
- Preferred
- Experience supporting tender and government procurement processes.
- Familiarity with technical or industrial products such as electrical cables or engineering-related goods.
- Strong digital marketing capabilities, including analytics tools and marketing automation.
