Marketing Manager Master Liveaboards

About Us
Master Liveaboards operates an international fleet of diving liveaboards across some of the worlds most iconic destinations from the Galpagos Islands to the Red Sea. Were passionate about creating inspirational diving experiences, and were looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team at our head office in Phuket, Thailand or remotely.
The Role
This is a senior marketing position, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive bookings, strengthen our brand, and engage divers worldwide. Youll oversee digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and agent support while working closely with sales, reservations, and operations teams to keep Master Liveaboards at the forefront of the dive travel industry.
What Youll Do
- Develop and deliver a global marketing plan aligned with company sales goals
- Lead on brand management ensuring consistency across all channels, online and offline
- Drive digital marketing: SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising
- Oversee website management keeping content accurate, user-friendly, and conversion-focused
- Manage content creation (blogs, newsletters, press releases, photography/video projects)
- Support sales teams with dive shows, roadshows, and agent marketing toolkits
- Analyse performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and track ROI
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing management, ideally in travel, hospitality, or leisure
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and analytics
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Creative eye for content, with the ability to tell compelling brand stories
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work across international markets and with global partners
- Based in or willing to relocate to Phuket, Thailand
