Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, digital marketing, brand communication and a team of approximately 6 members for a real estate business.

Location: Pattaya, Chonburi

6 days/week | 09.00–18.00

1 Position

▪ 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager

▪ Strong Marketing Strategy + Hands-on Execution experience

▪ Strong background in Digital / Online / Performance Marketing

▪ Experience managing a marketing team and external agencies

▪ Strong analytical, creative and leadership skills

▪ Good command of English and comfortable working with international colleagues

▪ Immediate availability is an advantage

▪ Experience in the real estate business will be taken into consideration.

▪ Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals

▪ Lead Digital / Online Marketing across Social Media, Website, CRM, Email & Online Ads

▪ Monitor KPIs, customer data and campaign performance

▪ Manage marketing campaigns and project launches

▪ Oversee brand communication and creative content

▪ Manage marketing budget and reporting

▪ Lead an internal marketing team of approximately 6 people

▪ Coordinate with external agencies and partners
