We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to drive the marketing strategy for the Food & Beverage Business Unit. Promotes Orise's complex range of products and services, through product management, and supporting sales to generate demand and growth. All with a view on market trends and competition.
Your tasks:
- Develop and execute marketing strategy as well as product positioning aligned with the key business objectives
- Supports innovation planning, revenue growth and margin improvement across the Food & Beverage Business Unit portfolio
- Increase the Food & Beverage Business Unit presence with a view to generating revenue for the business (SEO, PPC, Social Media etc.) through Marketing KPIs
- Support and drive GTM activities of cross-selling in core industries through promotions and close collaboration with other Business Unit marketing managers
- Develop key personas and benefit messaging to be leveraged throughout the organization.
- Market and promote Orise's products and services through direct channels
- Main point of contact for sales support to ensure sales effectiveness
- Developing, devising and controlling of the Food & Beverage Business Unit specific marketing campaigns/activities in line with the organization's marketing strategy.
- Collaboration with global, regional and product teams as well as agencies for content creation
- Conduct market research, and fully understand the voice of the customer, market and competition dynamics for the Food & Beverage Business Unit products and services.
Your profile:
- 7-10 experience in marketing (with a focus on B2B)
- Background in the Food & Beverage Industry
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a global team
- Reliable, independent, structured and quality-oriented way of working
- Very good English skills
- Analytical thinking with strong product marketing and development experience
- Deep understanding of market trends
- Willing to travel 25%+ internationally
