Job Description

GTM Engineer / Product Marketer

Role Summary

Owns two areas that are currently gaps: the martech/CRM infrastructure backbone, replacing today's fragmented, disconnected tool stack, and B2B demand generation through account-based marketing (ABM). This is a dedicated role responsible for both technical infrastructure and demand-generation execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM procurement and rollout across onboarding, customer support, and B2B, in partnership with RevOps
  • Own the martech stack, including integrations, automation rules, and dashboard uptime
  • Build and run account-based marketing campaigns for target B2B accounts, sourcing pipeline for the Account Executive team
  • Lead the consolidation of currently disconnected data sources into a unified analytics view, in partnership with the Data Analyst and IT
  • Automate lead re-queuing and follow-up flows currently handled manually
  • Partner with the CRM Manager on lifecycle automation and the CRO on funnel-stage instrumentation

Requirements & Criteria

  • 5-8 yrs experience across martech/CRM tooling and B2B demand generation or ABM
  • Hands-on experience implementing a CRM from a fragmented starting stack
  • Comfortable with basic data engineering concepts, such as API integrations and database merges, even if not a full engineer
  • Proven ABM campaign experience with measurable pipeline attribution
  • Able to operate as a technical peer to Engineering while remaining fluent in go-to-market strategy

Tools & Platforms

  • CRM and marketing automation: HubSpot or equivalent
  • Analytics and dashboarding: GA4, Tableau, or similar BI tooling
  • Database and integration tooling as required for data unification work

KPIs: This Quarter

  • CRM and dashboard uptime
  • ABM-sourced pipeline generated
  • Number of manual processes successfully automated
  • Time to complete data unification milestones
  • Adoption of the CRM across onboarding, support, and B2B teams
