Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty in the highly competitive fashion retail market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills. We are looking for candidates across all experience levels, from entry-level to senior positions.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives in the fashion retail sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and seasonal collections.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, blogs, and websites, with a focus on fashion and lifestyle.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, particularly around key fashion seasons and events.
  • Work with designers, writers, and other creatives to produce high-quality fashion marketing assets.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising tailored to the fashion audience.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights and feedback, focusing on customer engagement and conversion.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and assets that reflect the latest fashion trends.
  • Collaborate with external partners and fashion influencers to enhance brand presence and reach.

Customer Engagement and Communication:

  • Engage with customers through social media, forums, and other online platforms, fostering a vibrant community around the brand.
  • Manage customer communication and feedback channels.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and exclusive offers.

Events and Promotions:

  • Plan and execute promotional events, fashion shows, and other marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of events and promotions, focusing on brand visibility and sales impact.

Qualifications:

Entry-Level:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing with basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools in the fashion industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Mid-Level:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns in the fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Senior-Level:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role in the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of market research, data analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Fluent in Thai with a good command of English.
