Job Description
About the role
Have you taken a campaign or customer-facing launch from brief to completion, bringing together creative, marketing and technical teams
At FlowAccount, you'll use those skills to coordinate product launches. You'll bring the right people together, turn launch requirements into a clear plan, and follow through until the work is delivered.
Our launches involve campaign assets, website and in-app updates, pricing and purchase journeys, and preparation for sales and support teams. You'll coordinate these pieces so customers can discover, understand and use what we're launching.
FlowAccount builds accounting, payroll and back-office software for small businesses in Thailand. We're launching new products and features to help business owners run and grow their businesses. Your work helps those products reach the people who would benefit from them.
What you'll have to work with
You'll work from a defined launch framework, with clear responsibilities and checkpoints. The teams needed to deliver each launch are already in place. You'll help put the process into practice and improve it through real launches.
Those teams produce the copy, design, development and other launch deliverables. You coordinate the work, helping each person understand what is needed, when it is due and who needs it next. The assigned specialists and approvers remain responsible for the quality and approval of their work.
What you'll do
- Work with product and marketing teams to identify what each launch needs and start planning while the product is being developed.
- Build and maintain the delivery plan: briefs, deliverables, owners, dependencies, deadlines and approvals.
- Coordinate work across creative, marketing, product, engineering, sales and support teams.
- Lead a focused weekly launch meeting, agree actions and follow up on commitments.
- Keep feedback and approvals moving so work reaches the next person in time.
- Spot missing inputs, conflicting dates and changes in scope early. Help the teams resolve them and bring decisions needing support to the Head of Growth.
- Confirm with the responsible people that required work is complete and customer-facing teams are prepared.
- Keep the launch record current and use what each launch teaches us to improve the next one.
What success looks like
- Each launch has a clear plan, with named owners and realistic dates.
- Teams know what they need to deliver and what they need from one another.
- Risks and missing decisions are raised while there is still time to act.
- Required assets, purchase journeys, communications and team preparation are ready for their agreed launch dates.
What you'll bring
- Around 3–5 years delivering marketing, digital or customer-facing launch projects involving several specialist teams.
- Experience personally owning a delivery plan from brief through production, feedback, approvals and launch. You can explain how you coordinated the work and resolved problems along the way.
- Familiarity with customer-facing work such as websites, campaign materials, purchase journeys or sales and support preparation. You understand how creative, marketing and technical work fit together.
- The ability to turn an unclear request into a workable brief, agree realistic dates and keep several contributors moving towards the same deadline.
- Good judgement: you ask practical questions, spot gaps in a plan and check that completed work does what the launch needs.
- Confidence following up with senior colleagues and raising concerns clearly and respectfully.
- Clear written updates that a busy person can understand in one read.
- Good written and spoken English, and professional Thai for team conversations.
- Agency project managers, digital producers, campaign project managers and agency account managers with substantial delivery responsibility are encouraged to apply.
- Experience coordinating launches within a product or marketing team is also relevant. We're interested in the work you have led and how you brought people together to deliver it.
- Software experience is welcome, and we can teach you our products and tools. We use Google Workspace, Discord, GitHub, Claude and Codex.
What We Offer
- Build products used by tens of thousands of businesses.
- Ship code that reaches customers quickly.
- High ownership with minimal bureaucracy.
- Learn from experienced engineers and product leaders.
- Flexible work hours and 45 days/year work from anywhere.
- Competitive compensation, health & accident insurance from day one.
- 17–19 public holidays, 12 personal leave days, and 8 annual leave days.
- A friendly, collaborative team that genuinely enjoys building together.
- Clear opportunities to grow your career as the company scales.
Location
- Skulthai Surawong Tower, Bangrak, Bangkok (MRT Samyan or BTS Saladaeng)
