Marketing Specialist - Retail Partnership Marketing (IPP Management)

Job Summary :

Drive acquisition and growth of IPP merchants across key industries, manage merchant relationships and pricing, oversee onboarding and operational performance, and ensure strong merchant engagement to achieve business targets.

Job Description:

• Acquire new IPP merchants with category focus on, e.g. electronic brand, household and home appliances, beauty, jewelry, gold, key malls, hospital, auto, e-Commerce and new trends.
• Responsible for merchant relationship.
• Coordinate with merchants for onboarding document, e.g. account opening, KYM.
• Propose rate for approval and negotiate pricing with merchant.
• Ensure that ttb marketing collaterals have high visibility at merchant location.
• Ensure that merchant in the responsible category has volume.
• Monitor active / inactive EDC and EDC rental cost. Turn inactive EDC to active and remove inactive EDC as appropriate.
• Merchant complaint handling.
• Brief promotion details to merchants.
• Co-ordinate with relevant teams for complaints.
• Supervise Senior Analyst – IPP Management if there's any challenge in merchant handlings.

Qualifications:

• BA or MBA in Marketing, Financing, Economics or Related filed.
• Experience: Credit Function / Corporate Lending / Corporate Financing at least 5 years.
• Background in digital marketing, optimization.
• Good command of English and Good interpersonal skill.
