MD/ Head of BU (Housing)

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven leader to oversee our Housing Business Unit, driving business growth, project performance, and profitability across multiple residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and performance of the Housing / Low-Rise Business Unit.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and development to sales, construction, handover, and ownership transfer.
• Drive sales revenue, ownership transfers, profitability, construction progress, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Manage project feasibility, P&L, budgets, and overall business performance.
• Lead and align cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Customer Service, to achieve business targets.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Development, with strong expertise in Housing / Low-Rise residential projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, such as BU Head, Project Director, Business Director, or Managing Director.
• Proven experience managing multiple housing projects throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Strong commercial acumen, P&L management, project execution, and leadership capabilities.
• Strategic, proactive, results-driven, and hands-on, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
