OUR TEAM

In the Maintenance Team, we aim to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and performance by developing maintenance standards, optimizing technical strategies, and strengthening maintenance capabilities across our manufacturing operations.

MISSION

In This Role, You Will

• Drive equipment reliability and maintenance strategy
  
  

Develop and improve machine standards, maintenance strategies, and technical documentation to enhance equipment reliability, durability, and process stability while optimizing maintenance costs.

• Provide technical support for maintenance operations
  
  

Support maintenance teams by developing maintenance plans, monitoring machine technical parameters (MTP), analyzing equipment performance, and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.

• Develop maintenance capabilities and continuous improvement
  
  

Strengthen maintenance competencies through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing while driving initiatives to improve equipment availability, TRS, and maintenance efficiency.

Required

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and industrial maintenance methodologies
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Business proficiency in Thai and English
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with maintenance planning, Machine Technical Parameters (MTP), or reliability improvement projects
• Knowledge of TRS/OEE, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environment
