OUR TEAM

In the Maintenance & Reliability Engineering Team, we aim to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and performance by developing maintenance standards, optimizing technical strategies, and strengthening maintenance capabilities.

MISSION

In This Role, He/she/they Will

• Drive equipment reliability and maintenance standards
  
  

Develop and improve machine standards, maintenance strategies, and technical documentation to ensure equipment reliability, durability, and process stability while optimizing maintenance costs.

• Provide technical expertise to maintenance operations
  
  

Support maintenance teams by developing preventive maintenance plans, troubleshooting recurring issues, monitoring machine technical parameters (MTP), and improving equipment performance.

• Develop maintenance capabilities and continuous improvement
  
  

Coach and develop maintenance teams by promoting best practices, improving technical competencies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance TRS, equipment availability, and maintenance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining machine technical standards, documentation, and maintenance instructions
• Optimizing preventive maintenance plans, technical analyses, and equipment lifecycle (obsolescence) strategies
• Monitoring Machine Technical Parameters (MTP) to ensure process stability
• Supporting troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures
• Improving equipment availability, reliability, and TRS performance
• Optimizing spare parts strategies and maintenance costs
• Supporting maintenance teams through technical coaching, training materials, and one-point lessons
• Ensuring maintenance procedures comply with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to continuously improve equipment performance
  
  

Required

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Fresh graduate or have experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and industrial maintenance methodologies
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Business proficiency in Thai and English
