Job Description
The Medical Affairs Manager role provides scientific and medical expertise to support the company's products and business objectives. The position builds relationships with healthcare professionals and works closely with internal teams to support medical initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and medical support for the company's products
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals
- Organise medical education programmes, advisory boards, and scientific meetings
- Deliver medical training and scientific updates to internal teams
- Review and approve promotional and medical materials
- Gather medical insights from healthcare professionals and share relevant feedback with internal stakeholders
- Support clinical studies and post-marketing activities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, regulatory, and market access teams
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in medical affairs, medical adviser, medical manager, or a related role
- Strong scientific and medical communication skills
- Experience working with KOLs, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
- Good understanding of clinical research and medical compliance
- Good command of English
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
