Ready to be part of something from day one

GymNation is the largest gym chain in the UAE and one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the Middle East, with around 50 clubs across the Gulf. Now we're bringing GymNation to Thailand, and our first club opens in Bangkok in early 2027. We're building the founding sales team, and we're looking for driven, outgoing, energetic people who are passionate about fitness, people and progress.

This isn't joining an established team. This is being the team. Everything you help build here becomes the way GymNation runs in Thailand, and as we open more clubs across the country, the people who were here first are the people we'll look to lead them.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Membership Sales Agent, you're not just selling gym memberships. You're helping people change their lives, and for the first few months you'll be selling a club people can't walk into yet. That takes energy, belief and hustle, and it's one of the most exciting jobs in fitness.

Your responsibilities will include:

▪ Working the presale phone floor before opening: calling leads, booking appointments and converting a pipeline of founding members

▪ Generating leads through creative outreach, referrals, local events and community partnerships

▪ Listening to prospects and understanding what truly motivates them

▪ Hitting daily and monthly sales targets

▪ Delivering outstanding service that turns enquiries into committed members

▪ Once the doors open, running tours and closing on the gym floor at launch volume

▪ Representing the GymNation brand with enthusiasm and professionalism as the face of the brand in Thailand

What We're Looking For

▪ A natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment

▪ Someone passionate about fitness who genuinely believes in the product

▪ Confident, self-motivated and target-driven

▪ Excellent communication skills. Fluent Thai is essential; good English is a strong advantage

▪ Sales, hospitality, retail or fitness experience is a plus, but not essential. We hire for attitude and energy, then we train the skills

▪ Someone who wants to grow. We'll be promoting a Sales Team Leader from this first team
