We're hiring: Merchandiser (Allocation)
Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute store-level allocation plans by style, category, size curve, and channel (Department Store, Standalone Store, E-Commerce).
- Allocate initial buy quantities based on store grading, historical performance, capacity, and sell-through behavior.
- Monitor daily / weekly sales and inventory movement to recommend replenishment, transfers, RTV, or markdown actions.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse to ensure accurate and timely stock distribution.
- Analyze sell-through, stock cover, weeks of supply, inventory aging, and size breaks across all stores.
- Identify overstock / understock risks and propose corrective actions to Brand Director and Commercial team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly allocation performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Support seasonal post-mortem analysis to improve future buy and allocation accuracy.
- Work closely with Brand, Retail Operations, VM, and E-Commerce to align allocation with floor set plans, campaigns, and store needs.
- Partner with Finance on OTB tracking, inventory valuation, and markdown impact.
- Coordinate with overseas principals or regional teams when required for allocation logic or assortment guidelines (Imported Brand context).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of merchandising and allocation data in internal systems and reporting tools.
- Support development and adherence to standardized allocation SOPs and workflows.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance allocation efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
- 5–8 years of experience in merchandising & allocation, preferably with imported or multi-store brands
- Hands-on experience managing complex allocation across multiple stores or channels
- Advanced analytical capability; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
