Support truck capacity planning across the Linehaul (LH) network to ensure sufficient capacity while optimizing cost and utilization
Monitor and analyze key Linehaul KPIs including cost, utilization, and on-time rate, and highlight performance gaps or risks
Manage and control incentive schemes and payment validation for subcontractors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with performance outcomes
Develop and maintain weekly performance dashboards and alerts for Operations teams and Management to support timely decision-making
Support cost-saving and speed-improvement initiatives by conducting analysis, tracking benefits, and supporting implementation
Ensure SOP adherence and operational compliance across Linehaul operations, working closely with Operations and relevant stakeholders
Act as PMO support for all Linehaul-related cost-saving and speed-improvement initiatives, including projects initiated by the Performance team and Linehaul team
Coordinate closely with Operations teams to align plans, address issues, and support execution of improvement actions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, transport planning, performance analysis, or continuous improvement (e-commerce or express logistics preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of Linehaul or transportation operations is an advantage
Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, or dashboard development
Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams
Able to manage multiple tasks and support projects in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
Detail-oriented with a structured and data-driven working style
Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills
