Job Description For MIS Developer
- Prepare data for regular reporting to support various functions, including Marketing, Operations, Risk, Collections, Sales (Performance, Incentive , KPIs ), etc.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business analytics, Generate and distribute reports in accurate and timely manner
- Establish operating metrics and dashboards for regular business review
- Coordinate with operations on data cleansing to ensure data correctness in data warehouse and host systems
- Participate in data warehouse design to ensure data presentation can be slice-and-diced to meet analytics objectives
- Understand user problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Design and build Excel VBA for support business
- Develop and implement Web Application for support business
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information System, MIS, Math or Statistics, or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in MIS field
- Experience in SAS, SQL (Strong PL/SQL) Skill
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Teamwork and Service mind, works well with others
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Have a positive attitude
- Enthusiastic to gather new knowledge
