Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ML Ops Engineer to ensure reliable delivery and continuous operation of AI/ML services in production. This role will design and automate ML pipelines, build secure and scalable CI/CD workflows, and implement monitoring and observability to maintain performance and resilience. You will collaborate with data scientists, developers, security and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that are efficient, robust, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Manage model registry and versioning to ensure reproducibility and traceability.
- Deploy and operate ML models in production environments (Kubernetes, cloud ML services).
- Monitor model performance and detect drift, triggering retraining workflows as needed.
- Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows, integrating artifact signing and vulnerability scanning.
- Implement observability for AI services, including logging, tracing, and alerting for reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and platform teams to optimize delivery speed and model quality.
- Enforce security best practices in pipelines
- Optimize infrastructure for scalability and cost efficiency across environments.
- Document processes and provide guidance on ML Ops and secure deployment standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 5 years in DevOps or ML Ops roles, with at least 2 years in ML pipeline automation
- Hands-on experience with Azure ecosystem.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles: artifact signing, vulnerability scanning.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive automation initiatives.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Thai and English communication.
