We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Modern Trade & Retail Sales Officer / Executive to join our team!

Modern Trade & Retail Sales Officer / Executive

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 25,000 THB/month + Incentive based on sales performance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade and retail partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and present new products to retailers.
• Plan and coordinate monthly/quarterly promotions to drive sales.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare sales reports using Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Monitor product displays, pricing, and store conditions according to planograms.
• Coordinate with Merchandisers and relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor competitors, product availability, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate and support events, product sampling, and promotional activities.
• Handle on-site issues and coordinate with relevant departments for solutions.
• Conduct regular store visits and follow up on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Modern Trade, or Retail is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Willing to travel and work on-site when required.
• Having a personal motorcycle or car is an advantage.
