We are looking for an experienced Modernization Sales Engineer to lead sales activities, drive growth, and strengthen customer relationships within our elevator and escalator modernization business.
Responsibilities
- Develop potential customer list and control MOD sales activities in Modernization to achieve sale turnover and agreed margin.
- Build and maintain a customer relationship with both new and existing customer to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to long-term relationship and sale
- Develop and control sale strategy for modernization sale in order to achieve modernization sale target.
- To organize and control Mod project deployment to ensure that Mod project cost in in line with cost estimate and completion as per customer target date.
- Accountable for collecting the first payment and payment securities to ensure that projects are operated with minimum commercial risks.
- To achieve modernization sale target in the competitive market.
- To achieve modernization income target with estimated cost and on time schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and Working relate Elevator Escalator business.
- Good command of English and Thai.
- Good sales and marketing skills with technical and commercial background, good communication and human relation skills.
