Mold Making Technician & Repair (TEF22)

Job Description

• Operate machinery such as CNC milling, HSM, EDM, Wire cut, Grinding, CMM, and Laser welding machines to manufacture mold tool components, in accordance with Work Instructions and Process Quality Instructions.
• Tool repair and new spare part manufacturing: Coordinate with teams leader to prioritize repair tasks based on production schedules and requirements.
• Work according to STD: Compliance with safety protocols, process flow and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members and addressing any issued or improvement.
• KPI tracking: Support Utilization tracking, Man hours tracking and addressing any issued or improvement.
• Participate 14Q activities, Safety and LPC line walk.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring the establishment of a schedule in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and the System CIP.

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Diploma / bachelor's degree in Machine Tool Technology, specializing in Tool and Die & Injection Molding

Qualifications:

• Basic in English (spoken and written)
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience minimum 5 years in Tool & Die, Molding tools, spare parts & jig fixture manufacturing.
• Ability to operate CNC milling, Laser Welding, Wire cut, EDM forming.
• Understanding mechanical drawing.
• Mechanical drawing.
• Ability to use 3CAD NX, VISI, Solid Work, Inventor.
• Ability to use measurement instrument.
