Motion Graphic Designer
A Fortune 200 company building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India, growing a motion design pod for internal learning and communications video
Location: Bengaluru, India — hybrid
About the Company
A Fortune 200 enterprise building out its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India has partnered with Flexiple to hire into its motion design pod. The pod is growing as the company shifts more of its internal training, town-halls, and change-communication content into video. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will turn L&D scripts, process documentation, and leadership updates into clear, well-paced animated video for a large internal audience across functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Internal Communications Video
- Animate e-learning modules, SOP walkthroughs, and onboarding video from supplied scripts and storyboards
- Produce town-hall recap videos, leadership announcement clips, and change-management explainers
- Repurpose a single piece of content into multiple formats and durations for different internal channels
Production Standards & Ownership
- Maintain the internal brand and motion style guide across every deliverable
- Manage review cycles, version control, and final exports against a shared content calendar
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 to 5 years in motion design, ideally with corporate, L&D, or internal-communications video experience
- Strong hands-on command of After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Ability to turn dense written content into visually simple, well-sequenced video
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building templated motion systems other teams can reuse without a designer
- Familiarity with instructional design or e-learning authoring tools
- Working knowledge of Illustrator for supporting graphics and iconography
