What this job involves:

This role reports directly to facilities manager and will be the hands-on problem

solver who keeps our client's facilities running smoothly and efficiently. This role is

critical to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring our premises remain

safe, functional, and welcoming. You'll conduct daily inspections, and respond

swiftly to facility needs—from electrical and plumbing work to event support and

emergency repairs. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will directly

contribute to JLL's reputation for delivering exceptional facility management

services.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Respond promptly to work request ticketing system, following through to
  
  

resolution and maintaining accurate closure records.

• Maintain daily log of maintenance activity and manage stores and tools.
• Conduct regular inspection of critical equipment including meter reading,
  
  

record findings and follow through on rectification.

• Monitor BMS, LCS, attend and provide 1st level mitigation to critical alarms.
• Perform general handyman works include but not limited to:
  
  

○ Set up tables and chairs in Event spaces when required.

○ Replace light tubes and lamps at height < 2m.

○ Perform basic M&E troubleshooting on equipment.

○ Monitor and replace water dispenser filter cartridges.

○ Loose furniture move, and box move not more than 10 pax.

• Supervise and coordinate third-party vendor activities, ensuring all work is
  
  

completed in accordance with agreed scope and method.

• Adhere to escalation procedures and incident reporting.
• Assist in emergency drills such as fire evacuation, in-place protection.
• Move support: support for the monitor movement/troubleshooting.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in building / engineering services and/or related field with minimum 3
  
  

years experience.

• Basic English proficiency, capable of handling paperwork and reports in
  
  

English.

• Proficient in basic computer applications and communication tools.
• Polite, professional, customer-oriented demeanor suitable for corporate
  
  

office environment and highly proactive.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Electrician Work License or professional electrical safety accreditation.
