Strategy Development and Full Implementation: Develop and implement a 12-24 month overall growth strategy for the Thai and Indonesian markets, and be fully responsible for the P&L (Profit and Loss). Be ultimately accountable for revenue, profit, and operational efficiency.
Team Building and Organization Building: Start from scratch and lead a high-performing local team covering AIGC operations, SEO, UGC communities, social media, and brand partnerships. Establish an efficient operating system.
Drive Growth Engine: Lead multi-channel user growth, including SEO content scaling, UGC community operations (such as Facebook, Line), social media viral growth, and paid experiments, to build a replicable model of community → content → traffic → conversion.
Master AI and Business Maturity: Supervise and optimize the local content production, review, and distribution processes of AIGC (especially the Gen 2 system), using key interaction data (such as click-through rate, duration) to enhance content effectiveness.
Lead local business expansion, explore brand partners, KOL networks, and distribution channels (such as Shopee sellers, DTC brands), establish reliable partnerships and profit models.
Requirements
5+ years of senior management experience in e-commerce, content e-commerce, digital media, or consumer internet.
Have a successful record of building a team from scratch in the country or Southeast Asian market, and am fully responsible for the business P&L.
Have verifiable experience in building and operating growth engines.
Deep understanding of the local e-commerce ecosystem, SEO content strategies, UGC community operations, and social media growth.
Proficient in data-driven decision-making and operations, with the ability to design standardized processes (SOP) and performance systems.
Candidates with experience in AI-driven content workflows or using technological levers to achieve scalable growth are preferred.
