Key Responsibilities:

Software Development & Maintenance Design| develop| enhance| and maintain web applications| APIs| and internal engineering tools.
Develop backend services and automation solutions using C# and .NET technologies.
Write clean| maintainable| testable| and performant code.
Participate in code reviews| design reviews| testing| and deployment activities. Contribute to application stability| performance| scalability| and maintainability improvements.
Platform Modernization & Technical Debt Reduction Execute framework| runtime| and library upgrades across existing applications.
Identify and remediate technical debt and obsolete dependencies.
Support infrastructure and platform modernization initiatives.
Improve operational readiness| reliability| and supportability of engineering systems.
Assist engineering teams with migration activities and platform improvements.
DevOps & Release Engineering Build| maintain| and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tooling. Automate build| deployment| validation| and monitoring processes.
Support release management and deployment activities across environments.
Improve deployment reliability| observability| and rollback capabilities.
Create scripts and automation to eliminate manual operational activities.
Data Engineering| Reporting & Analytics Develop operational dashboards and engineering health reports.
Create Power BI reports and visualizations for business and engineering stakeholders. Query| analyze| and visualize data from:o SQL Servero Kusto (Azure Data Explorer)o Operational datasets Build automated reporting and monitoring solutions.
Develop service health| KPI| and operational excellence dashboards.
Infrastructure & Environment Management Manage and maintain Virtual Machines| configurations| and supporting infrastructure.
Support Azure-based services and resource configurations.
Configure and maintain monitoring| alerting| logging| and diagnostics.
Participate in environment setup| configuration management| and operational support. Assist with capacity planning| performance tuning| and reliability improvements.
Production Support & Troubleshooting Investigate| troubleshoot| and resolve production issues across application| infrastructure| and data layers. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
Support incident response and operational readiness activities.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and supportability.
Drive continuous improvement through automation and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer science| Software Engineering| Information Technology| or related field.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:o C#o .NET / .NET Coreo SQL Servero REST APIso Git-based source control systems Solid understanding of:o Data structures
