Job Description

Company Description

Rattinan is an established aesthetic surgery, medical aesthetics, and wellness organization founded in Bangkok in 1999, serving both Thai and international patients.

The company is entering its next stage of growth, including development of a new hospital platform in Bangkok. This requires stronger operating systems, management capability, governance, and cross-functional coordination.

Rattinan is also supported by a strategic shareholder that is a healthcare company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), providing a strong foundation for long-term growth.

This role offers the opportunity to strengthen current clinical operations while helping build the operating platform for our future hospital expansion.

Role Description

The Nurse Manager will lead nursing and clinical support operations, including nursing staff, OR, recovery, infection control, CSSD, and clinical assistants.

This is more than a traditional Head Nurse role. We are looking for a clinically credible leader who can build systems, improve operations, develop people, and strengthen patient safety.

The role reports to the Medical Director and will support both current operations and future hospital preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead approximately 10–20 nursing and clinical support staff.
  • Oversee nursing, OR, recovery, infection control, CSSD, and clinical support operations.
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, nursing quality, and service.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs, competency standards, documentation, and nursing policies.
  • Improve OR/recovery workflow, staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization.
  • Lead incident reviews, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention.
  • Monitor KPIs covering safety, quality, efficiency, manpower, and training.
  • Coach and develop nursing and clinical support staff.
  • Coordinate closely with surgeons, the Medical Director, and other departments.
  • Support hospital-opening preparation, including workflows, staffing, SOPs, equipment planning, and operational readiness.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with 5+ years of experience.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • OR/surgical experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, patient-safety, and problem-solving skills.
  • Thai fluency and good working English.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Thailand.
