OEBP Lead Operation Excellence Business Partner Lead

We are looking for an OEBP Lead to drive process improvement and transformation across AWC — turning better ways of working into measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Lead business process redesign and end-to-end improvement.
• Identify and solve complex cross-functional process challenges.
• Drive transformation initiatives using data, digital, automation and AI.
• Lead change management, adoption and training for new processes and systems.
• Prioritize and manage improvement initiatives from planning to execution.
• Ensure transformation initiatives deliver clear outcomes with strong accountability and governance.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business process redesign / process improvement.
• Experience in process transformation or operating model improvement.
• Strong skills in process & system optimization and cross-functional transformation.
• Strong change leadership, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to automation, digital, data or AI-enabled transformation is a plus.
