Job Overview

The KOL Marketing Associate is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer (KOL) campaigns to support brand growth across e-commerce and social commerce platforms.

This role focuses on identifying suitable creators, managing relationships, coordinating campaign execution, and analyzing performance to ensure effective outcomes. The position requires strong coordination skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators across platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram)
  • Plan and execute KOL marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand strategies
  • Coordinate campaign execution, including briefing, content alignment, timelines, and deliverables
  • Negotiate rates, manage contracts, and ensure proper documentation with KOLs
  • Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, and ROI
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account, Content, Live Production, Media) to ensure integrated campaign delivery
  • Stay updated on social media trends, influencer landscape, and emerging content formats
  • Maintain and update KOL database, performance tracking, and reporting systems
  • Prepare campaign reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest and relevant internship experience are welcome

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Good negotiation and coordination abilities

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Creative thinking with a strong understanding of social media content trends

Technical Skills


  • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram)
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
