Job Description

Job Responsibility,

  • Manage flight capacity and maximize the space
  • Prioritize and manage the cargo lying and backlog shipment
  • Ensure all cargo onboard accordingly planned
  • Customer Support - Respond to both locally and oversea agent on each enquiry
  • Customer support about the booking issued
  • Co-ordinate with all concerned parties to smooth the workflow
  • Co-ordinate if any related with planner of other countries
  • Keep the inbound-outbound cargo record

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in airline cargo operations, capacity management, or air freight coordination
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with local and overseas agents
  • Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills and proficiency in MS Office
