Job Description

Ensure to deliver quality issues report on time by controlling the KPI team
Responsible for checking test request carefully and ensure that all details have been filled in, sufficient samples are provided and check the condition of sample as received states. Contact the requestor for any query arises.
Perform the daily assigned test duties according to the standard procedures with due consideration of the job priority and record test results in the correct format and prepare the draft report.
Preparing the sample and performing the tests – mechanical and material analysis by UTM, torque, Rubbing
One development or new test method project/ year
Responsible for machine cleaning, equipment calibration/maintenance duties, etc.
Responsible for sample handling including storage and disposal, and related documentation
Perform any other assignments as required by the superior
Responsible for maintain the environmental conditions and keep the testing area clean and tidy.
Ensure the quality system ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO/IEC 17025 to be implemented & complied accordingly
