Job Description The Sales Operation Officer acts as a key operational lead in managing seminars and booth activities. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality event execution, managing on-site operations, coordinating seminar activities, sourcing and coordinating event venues, and contributing to sales targets. The role also involves following up on assigned activity plans from the Seminar Team Leader and Sales Manager. 1) Seminar Operations - Support and supervise seminar activities to ensure events achieve their objectives and targets - Manage and oversee DMIT scanning activities during events, provide guidance and support to participants and parents to ensure a smooth and positive experience - Operate DMIT scanning systems directly when attendee volume is high - Ensure overall event flow runs smoothly and efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and engagement 2) Booth Activities (Schools and Other Locations) - Support planning, sourcing, and coordinating venues for Minor Smart Kids booth activities - Collaborate with the sales team to finalize venue selection and present operational plans to the booth team leader - Coordinate with the sales team in advance to ensure sufficient customer attendance and adequate sales staffing to achieve sales targets - Ensure proper handling and protection of company assets and confidential customer data (strictly confidential and must not be disclosed) - Support on-site execution of booth activities and ensure smooth operations throughout the event period - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field - Ability to lead and manage seminars, events, or promotional activities - Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required - Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Office) - Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, AI tools, or Photoshop is an advantage
