Operation Director - Consumer

Responsibilities;

• To plan, organize, and provide managerial direction and oversight and to participate in the activities and functions of the assigned logistics business sectors, which includes: developing overall goals and objectives; developing, implementing and enforcing policies, procedures and standards.
• To establish and implement a logistics business vision that directly impacts the strategies and business results within the area of responsibility.
• To make directional and high-level managerial decisions and recommendations in order to achieve business and financial results, therefore preventing loss of partnerships and eliminating the risk of sizeable expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.
• To develop and direct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards and to prepares and administrate budgets, including determining staffing and operational needs.
• To plan and organize the delivery of programs and services; developing overall budgets; approving expenditures and monitoring revenue and expenditures.
• To provide an expert professional logistics assistance to the Sector Head in areas of expertise.
• To develop and maintains partnerships and relations with the customers.
• To contact the customers frequently in order to understand and fulfill their needs.
• Fostering cooperative working relationships with other departments and customers both externally and within the public sector.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of working experience especially in Warehouse Operation Management field in 3PL company or related industry
• Experienced in managing large operation team as General Manager, Logistics Site Leader or equivalent level above is mandatory
• Current or previous experience in FMCG or Consumer business is a must
• P&L Accountabilities required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent both in Thai and English
• Able to work and visit site at Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao required
