Job Description

Swim Coach & Operations Executive

Working Days: 5 days week (weekend needed)
Working Time: weekday 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm weekend 8am-6pm
Working Location: Tanjong Katong & Bendemeer (no fixed)
Salary: $2,500 to $4,000

Responsibilities

Swim Coaching

Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided).
Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities.
Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.

Operations & Coordination

Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and class coordination.
Manage bookings, attendance records, and basic administrative tasks.
Communicate class schedules and updates to parents.
Support the daily operations of the swim centre.

Safety & Facility Support

Ensure pool safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Set up and pack up the pool area before and after classes.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards for the pool, equipment, and facilities.

Requirements

Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is an advantage
Able to work weekends (required).
Relevant swimming, first aid, or lifesaving certifications are an advantage (if applicable).
