Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Operation Management System to meet the business's needs.
- Analyze data and operational reports to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to design and implement system development projects.
- Train and support system users in effectively utilizing the OMS.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the system's performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure the security and privacy of data within the system.
- Stay updated on trends and new technologies in operations management for application within the organization.
- Work Experience: At least 1 years in operations management or system development.
- Knowledge of operation management systems and related tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Good communication in Thai and English
