Operation Manager - Automotive Workshop (Expat Welcome)

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead an independent automotive workshop, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, strong business performance, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality repairs, and timely service delivery.
• Lead and develop workshop teams, including supervisors, technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Drive workshop productivity, labor utilization, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Oversee workshop resources, tools, equipment, spare parts inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, operating procedures, and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Foster a customer-focused culture while maintaining strong commercial and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive workshop operations, aftersales, vehicle repair, or service management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, maintenance practices, and workshop operations.
• Proven experience managing multi-brand automotive workshop environments.
• Solid understanding of workshop productivity, labor efficiency, cost control, inventory management, and business performance.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good command of English is required.
