Operation Project Management Engineer

Responsibilities

Manage new pilot project as plan and sustaining review

1) Summary all information was receive from PM regarding pilot build plan

2) Compile all product documents was related to product

3) Follow up Jig & Fixture such stencil, router jig, test and assy fixture readiness

4) Follow up LMS, SFC setting and buyoff, follow up material readiness to meet build date per request.

5) Follow up material readiness complete date.

6) Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according customer and product requirement/Plan Pilot run report summary

7) Follow up manufacturing issues listed pending before next build start

8) Work with PE (Product Engineer) to analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure

9) report summary

10) Production cycle time with estimated UPH

11) Control the First Pass Yield rate (Except design concerns will go through MIL control)

Sustaining Products Issue Resolution: Address technical or quality issues encountered during mass production and provide prompt solutions.

Process Improvement: Optimize manufacturing processes, improve design, or select better materials to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Lifecycle Management: Manage product lifecycle strategies, including production phase-out and inventory planning for end-of-life products.

Customer Support: Implement updates or improvements to products (e.g., feature enhancements or compatibility adjustments) based on customer feedback.

ECO/PCN: Engineer/Process change Implement. Ensure compliance to all ECO procedures and work instruction

Quality and Cost Control:

Quality Monitoring: Continuously track product quality metrics (e.g., yield rate, defect rate) to ensure they meet established standards.

Cost Management: Reduce manufacturing costs through process improvements and material selection while maintaining product quality.

Project Management Tools and Methods

Utilize project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, JIRA, or MS Project) to track project progress.

Conduct regular project meetings to update status, ensuring team members are aware of priorities and key milestones.

Follow up/buy off special projects per factory requests

BOM set up for CM projects and prepare production document.

Applicant Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience
3. Experience in ISO 9001, PFMEA
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. OK for work in English basic communication and reports.
6. Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
7. Self- motivated to succeed, meet deadlines and follow through on tasks.
8. Able to work 6 days/week. (Mon-Sat)
