Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise, control, monitor, and plan daily tasks and operational activities to meet contractual and operational performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with SHE, quality, inventory, and operational procedures by all staff and suppliers.
- Enforce consistent use of PPE inside the warehouse at all times.
- Manage operational processes effectively, including people management and quality control.
- Encourage the team to share suggestions for continuous improvement of processes.
- Ensure all activities assigned to direct reports are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Asset Control, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Operations, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of asset control for operational equipment such as baskets, pallets, fish tanks, or other returnable warehouse assets.
- Skills in stock management, loss prevention, damage control, and asset loss analysis.
- Ability to inspect, control, and improve processes for receiving, issuing, repairing, and reclaiming equipment according to SOP/WI and safety standards.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), Excel, stock reporting, and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, plan manpower, and track Asset Control KPIs effectively.
- Able to communicate both in Thai and English
