Operational Productivity Improvement Engineer (Saraburi based) - NPI, Chemicals business

Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the productivity improvement to the existing and new automation projects
• Design and improve process and project management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrument & Control Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies.
• Good command of English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or above.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in robotics, automation engineering, process improvement, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, robotics programming, HMI, and IoT applications.
• Hands-on experience in designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems, such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management, particularly in automation, productivity improvement, or engineering projects.
• Must be able to work on-site in Saraburi.
