Operations Director - PCBA Manufacturing

Responsible for direction, strategy and planning and execution for the company's manufacturing operations to achieve target and high reliability products. Ensure products run effectively with cost, yield improvement and output achievement. Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works out the effective quarterly plans and strategies in order to achieve company objective.
• Coordinates with supporting group to ensure that all equipment's, materials, manpower are
• adequate and on time to achieve the quarterly schedule.
• Monitors and follows up the activities to get the good performance.
• Records and reviews the subordinates performance for improvement and maintenance.
• Have a daily meeting basis in order to follow up the assignation and dispose the information.
• Makes decision or finalize among the departments and takes corrective action if required.
• Improves the function in term of the cost reduction and upgrades the subordinates.
• Provides the accurate information and report.
• Scrap and inventory controlling / Performs related work as required.
• Knows your customer's expectations and drive action to meet them

Job Qualifications:

• B.A/B.S./B.Eng. , M.A/M.S./M. Eng. , PH.D.
• +10 years ,+7 years , +5 years
• Financial and Accounting experience

Required Training:

• Knowledge in Financial & Accounting
