Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination of drivers, vehicles and transport assignments.
Plan manpower schedules, duty rosters and daily job allocation.
Monitor service quality, punctuality and operational efficiency.
Coordinate dialysis transport, wheelchair transport, airport transfers, charter services and other transport projects.
Handle customer enquiries, service issues and urgent operational matters.
Supervise drivers and operations staff, including attendance, performance and discipline.
Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced and ready for deployment.
Work closely with management to improve productivity, service standards and cost control.
Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant records.
Ensure company operations comply with internal procedures and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in operations, logistics, transportation or fleet management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage drivers and coordinate multiple daily assignments.
Good knowledge of Singapore roads and transport operations will be an advantage.
Able to work independently and respond to urgent operational matters when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
